Ingredients

  • 1 cup Café de Olla Cold Brew (chilled)

  • ½ cup Vanilla + Cinnamon Creamer

  • Brown Sugar Cinnamon Cold Foam

    • ½ cup heavy cream

    • 2 tbsp brown sugar syrup

    • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal (for topping)

  • Ice (enough to fill glass)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the cold foam:
    In a small bowl, froth the heavy cream with brown sugar syrup and ground cinnamon until it becomes frothy but still pourable. Set aside.

  2. Assemble the drink:

    • Fill a 12 oz glass with ice.

    • Pour in the Café de Olla Cold Brew.

    • Add the vanilla + cinnamon creamer, letting it naturally swirl into the coffee (don’t fully mix for a marbled effect).

  3. Top it off:
    Spoon the brown sugar cinnamon cold foam on top of the drink.
