Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

 
Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment information will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel at any time. Order confirmation emails contain links that allow you to manage your subscription directly.

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you’re reserving a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available. We may either collect full payment, a partial deposit, or store your payment method to charge once the item is ready for fulfillment.

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled—especially if only partially paid. Once the order has been fulfilled, it is no longer eligible for cancellation, but you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our [Returns Policy].
