Refund Policy

At CASA LEAL, we take great pride in the quality and care that goes into every bag of coffee we offer. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all coffee sales are final and non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

However, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund in these cases. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order. Please allow up to 7-15 business days for refund to show on your statement.

CASA LEAL reserves the right to refuse refund/replacement products if the claim is submitted after 7 days of receiving the package.

Photo Verification

To protect both our customers and CASA LEAL from fraudulent claims, we may require multiple photos or additional documentation when reviewing requests for replacements, refunds, or damaged item claims. Photos submitted must accurately represent the condition of the product and packaging received.

Due to the increasing use of artificial intelligence (AI) image generation and editing tools, CASA LEAL reserves the right to request additional photos, videos, or supporting evidence to verify a claim before approving a replacement or refund. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the denial of the claim.

CASA LEAL reserves the right to make the final determination regarding eligibility for replacements, refunds, or other resolutions based on the information provided.

This wording keeps the policy professional, protects your business, and doesn’t directly accuse customers of submitting AI-generated images.

Cancellation Requests

All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

Refused or Return Packages

In case of a Refuse or Return packages the shipping and handling fees will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund. Also a reshipping fee will be charged in case of a reshipment. CASA LEAL is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped.
