Processing

Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the following open business day. Please allow 2-3 standard business days for your order to process. For big launches or sales, processing times will be 5-7 business days. Standard operating business days are Monday through Friday.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Shipping labels are generated based on the shipping information provided by the client at the time of order. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, it becomes the client’s responsibility to contact the carrier directly for any address changes or delivery updates.

Lost or Stolen Packages

CASA LEAL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. To help protect your order, we offer Route Package Protection at checkout. If this protection is removed at the time of purchase, we are unable to assist with lost package claims. In such cases, we recommend contacting your local USPS office and filing a claim directly with them.

Refused Packages

If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us, shipping and handling fees will be charged to the original payment method and deducted from any applicable refund. If you request the order to be resent, a reshipping fee will also apply.

Cancellation Requests

All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
