OUR COFFEE

  • Absolutely. All of our ground coffee, including Café de Olla, is roasted to order in small batches, ensuring maximum freshness, flavor, and aroma when it reaches your door.

  • No. We use only real, authentic ingredients. No artificial flavors, additives, or preservatives. Just how our family has always made it.

  • All key ingredients—our canela, piloncillo, and coffee beans—are thoughtfully sourced from Mexico, honoring the same regions and traditions our family has cherished for generations.

  • You can brew it just like any ground coffee—using a drip machine, French press, or pour-over.

    For an even more traditional experience, try simmering it on the stovetop with water for a few minutes to bring out the spices.

Returns & Refunds

  • At CASA LEAL, we take great pride in the quality and care that goes into every bag of coffee we offer.

    Due to the perishable nature of our products, all coffee sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Yes. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund in these cases.

    CASA LEAL reserves the right to refuse refund/replacement products if the claim is submitted after 7 days of receiving the package.

  • All orders once placed are finalized and products/shipping addresses are not able to be edited or changed.

    Order cancellation requests and modifications will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

  • In case of a Refused or Return packages the shipping and handling fees will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund.

    Also a reshipping fee will be charged in case of a reshipment. CASA LEAL is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the following open business day. Please allow 2-3 standard business days for your order to process. Standard operating business days are Monday through Friday.

    Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days. 

  • Yes, we offer free shipping for domestic orders over $75.

  • All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

  • Yes, we accept online payments. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.
