  • The program has three tiers: Novato, Devoto, and Ritualista. Each tier unlocks increasing rewards, coupons and exclusive perks.

  • Yes! Each tier you reach lasts 1 year from the date you achieve it. After that, you will drop to the Novato tier.

  • Points earned toward that tier remain in your account, but tier-specific perks tied to the VIP tier status will no longer apply. You can regain the tier by spending.

  • Yes! Ritualistas earn 2 points per $1 spent.

  • Welcome to the Casa Leal Lealty Program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and disclaimers:

    Program Launch Date

    The Lealty Program officially launched on September 1, 2025. Points are only eligible on purchases made on or after this launch date. Points cannot be retroactively applied to any past orders placed before the program began.

    Points Accumulation

    • Points are earned only on qualifying purchases made directly through our official store.

    • Taxes, shipping fees, discounts, or gift card purchases do not count toward points.

    • Points will be applied to your account after order is successfully processed and shipped.

    Redeeming Rewards

    • Rewards are available once the minimum point threshold is reached.

    • Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

    • Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

    Account Responsibility

    • Members are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information.

    • Casa Leal is not responsible for points lost due to incorrect account details or unauthorized access.

    Program Changes

    Casa Leal reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate the Lealty Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page.

    Limitations

    • Points are non-transferable and hold no monetary value outside of the program.

    • Abuse, fraud, or misuse of the program may result in account suspension or removal.

    Promotional Multipliers

    • Casa Leal may occasionally offer special promotions such as 2x or 3x Points Days.

    • During these promotions, members will earn double or triple the standard points on eligible purchases.

    • Promotional multipliers apply only to purchases made during the specified promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively.

    • Details, dates, and restrictions for promotional days will be announced through official Casa Leal channels.
