S’mores Cold Brew Latte

🔥 CASA LEAL S’mores Cold Brew Latte

Because your summer coffee should taste like dessert by the campfire.

This over-the-top latte is what happens when Café de Olla meets gooey marshmallow, creamy s’mores flavors, and crispy, chocolatey cereal crunch. Made with our signature Café de Olla cold brew, this drink brings nostalgic summer vibes—with a grown-up caffeine kick.


☕ Ingredients

  • 10 oz CASA LEAL Café de Olla Cold Brew (brewed and chilled)

  • 2–3 tbsp Chobani S’mores Creamer (or to taste)

  • 1–2 tbsp Marshmallow Fluff (for cup lining)

  • Toasted Marshmallow Cold Foam (see recipe below)

  • Honey Maid S’mores Cereal (crushed, for topping)

  • Ice


🍦 Toasted Marshmallow Cold Foam (DIY)

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup cold milk (whole milk or oat milk works best)

  • 1 tbsp heavy cream (optional, for thickness)

  • 1 tsp marshmallow syrup or vanilla syrup

Instructions:

  1. Add ingredients to a milk frother or small jar.

  2. Froth until thick and fluffy—cold foam should be pourable but creamy.


🔧 Instructions

  1. Line the Cup
    Use a spoon or small spatula to swirl marshmallow fluff inside the walls of your glass. Think campfire marshmallow vibes—gooey and dramatic.

  2. Add Ice & Cold Brew
    Fill the cup with ice. Pour in your chilled Café de Olla Cold Brew until about ¾ full.

  3. Add Creamer
    Stir in Chobani S’mores Creamer to taste. It adds that rich chocolate-graham-marshmallow flavor in one dreamy swirl.

  4. Top with Cold Foam
    Slowly pour your Toasted Marshmallow Cold Foam on top.

  5. Finish with Cereal Crunch
    Sprinkle a generous handful of crushed Honey Maid S’mores cereal over the foam. Let a few pieces float for the full s’mores latte effect.

Line the cup with chocolate syrup or dust cocoa powder over the top for extra drama—or serve with a toasted marshmallow on a skewer for the ultimate finish.
